the collections :: early works
This is a sampling of the work from early on in my career. At that time I looked into my "backyard" for inspiration and subjects. I have always loved nature and it seemed an easy and plentiful way to explore the talents that God so graciously gave to me. Having no formal training, I had to invent my techniques and myself as I went along. I started out in pen & ink, and then began to add colored pencils. These works represent the beginnings and a period in my work that some say is their favorite.All prints are printed on 100% acid-free paper, and are sold unframed only.
